I spent a total of 15 years in law enforcement, ten years with Santa Barbara S.O. and five years with Merced P.D. I retired with a industrial disability and for the next 30 plus years I have represented law enforcement groups with labor negotiations and all types of disciplinary actions. I have been in the RPOAC Executive Director position for the last 15 years.
