New members or existing members can elect to have PERS deduct $5 per month for their RPOAC dues. If you are a new member you must have received at least 2 pay checks from PERS for them to recognize you as retired. If you are a current member you can have the auto deduction start by filling out the PERS Authorization form below and mailing it to our office.
Below is a link to the "AUTHORIZATION TO DEDUCT ASSOCIATION DUES FROM RETIREMENT ALLOWANCES" Form. If you want to start the dues deductions, you will need to fill in the form, print it, sign and date it and then mail it to:
